To make a return request, visit this page.

You’ve got a 90-day change-of-mind return window on all orders. If you receive your PlayMaty goods and decide it isn’t right for you, you can return it as-new for a full refund (including the original shipping cost). But you must bear the cost of the return shipment.

When we receive your return and confirm that the goods are in as-new condition, we’ll process your refund.

Of course, if there is a problem with the product itself, we will bear all the costs of the return.

When you have place the order, you can request a refund at any time before we ship the goods. We will accept and refund all order charges within 24 hours.

Pre-Order Returns/Exchanges

Every so often, when we introduce new products, we open them up for pre-orders before they’re in stock. If you pre-order PlayMaty goods, you can change your mind at any time before it ships and receive a full refund. If the order’s already shipped, then the change-of-mind details outlined above will apply (including this type of return not being possible for international orders).
